In my quest to lose tummy fat, I failed my way to finally finding a real solution that the more I acted the more I became inspired to continue. The bottom line is that if you want to reveal to the world your smooth and sexy tummy that most can only dream of then you first need to KNOW how to lose tummy fat.
Everyone knows that ‘spot reduction’ doesn’t work. But it doesn’t mean you need to resign yourself to the idea that losing body fat is way too much work and it will take years of work and discipline to reduce let alone remove. This fat loss strategy rocks! It utilizes numerous what I call tricks simultaneously to really ramp up the fat burning effect. I personally wasn’t interested in a “6 pack” as much as I just wanted to lose excess belly fat as well as around my lower back.
